FutureBlox was founded in 2010 as Nocme Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Technopark, Trivandrum, with eight employees.

2013 – Major expansion for Nocme when it acquired new customers for its Cloud Support Services division

2015 – Started rolling out DevOps services and acquires new major clients from across the world for its DevOps Vertical

2016 – Nocme merges with SC Soft Singapore giving a huge push to its breadth of services. The new company starts implementing and supporting IT Infra projects for the AFC domain.

2022 – Nocme and SC Soft split and FutureBlox is born. The new company focuses on high-value Managed IT services.

His extensive experience in IT consulting engagements and large-scale IT implementation programs at both strategic and operational levels is pivotal to the success of FutureBlox.


A solid leader with a proven track record of over 28 years, Manju is an expert in offshoring solutions and transformation programs in the IT domain. Well known for her strategic, astute leadership and experience in building large teams, she has led the transition and transformation of many on-site processes to offshore locations across the globe for MNCs.


A seasoned service delivery manager with more than 18 years of experience, Hareesh manages service delivery for global clientele. His vast experience in managing teams providing monitoring, helpdesk, server, cloud, and DevOps support makes him one of the experts in the industry. He is also well versed with compliance standards, such as ITIL, PCI DSS, and ISO.
